Because I want you to have the perfect Urn, Your Urn is guaranteed. The last thing you need at this time is to be worried about the Urn. I want you to have peace of mind so If there is a problem  Contact me as soon as you can. We will determine together whether a refund or replacement will be given.  Urns with names on them  can be exchanged but not refunded. 

Game boards

 It's unlikely but If by chance the board is damaged or there's a problem with your board please return the board in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your game board for a full refund or a replacement. For insurance purposes please send pictures if the package itself is damaged.
